ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.
To be eligible to enter and win, each entrant must be a legal resident of the fifty
United States logging onto the Internet in the United States. Employees of Scottsdale
Golf Group and the immediate families and members of the household of any such employees
are not eligible to enter or win.

HOW TO ENTER AND WIN: As of the entry date, you must be 18 or the age of legal majority
in your state. Entries received between June 1, 2008 and June 30, 2008 shall be
eligible for the sweepstakes drawing. Eligible entrants may enter the sweepstakes
by visiting jacobsgolf.com, filling out the electronic entry form and clicking the
'Enter' button. All complete eligible entries will be entered in the sweepstakes.
Submission of an incomplete entry may result in disqualification. Additional Entries
may be acquired by submitting valid email addresses of persons who have not yet received
the sweepstakes offer. Two additional entries will be granted to the submitted of
each valid email address of a person who has not yet received the sweepstakes offer.
Entries become the property of Scottsdale Golf Group and will not be returned. Scottsdale
Golf Group shall not be responsible for lost or misdirected messages, unavailable
network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions,
online failures, hardware, software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances
or other communications failures or circumstances affecting receipt of entries or
entrants' ability to participate in this promotion. By entering, each participant
agrees to be bound by the rules and regulations of this promotion. Winners will be
selected at random from a pool of entrants. The random drawing will be conducted
on or about July 1, 2008 by Scottsdale Golf Group, whose decisions shall be final.
Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. Winners will be notified
by email, to the email address, mailing address or phone number provided on the entry
form within approximately two days of the drawing and required to respond within
10 days of transmission of that notice. If winner fails to respond within that time
period, prizes will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner chosen at random
from the remaining entrants in the pool. In the event of a dispute regarding the
identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted
by the person in whose name the email account is registered. Winner may be required
to provide evidence that winner is the authorized account holder of the address associated
with the winning entry and complete an affidavit of eligibility and any applicable
releases. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their names, voices,
photographs and/or other likenesses for advertising or publicity purposes without
additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering, all entrants
release Scottsdale Golf Group, and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries,
vendors, agencies, officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers and all others
associated with the development or execution of this sweepstakes from any and all
liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this sweepstakes or the acceptance,
possession or use of any prizes including, without limitation, liability for any
personal injury, damage or loss. ANY CLAIMS OR CONTROVERSIES RELATING TO OR ARISING
FROM THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND INTERPRETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
LAWS OF THE STATE OF AZ WITHOUT REGARD TO THE CONFLICTS OF LAW PRINCIPLES THEREOF
AND SHALL BE BROUGHT IN THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN Scottsdale, AZ. EACH
ENTRANT AGREES TO THAT VENUE AND JURISDICTION AND THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THOSE
COURTS AND WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THOSE COURTS.

USE OF ENTRANT INFORMATION: As permitted by law and in accordance with Scottsdale
Golf Group's Privacy Policy, Scottsdale Golf Group may use information which all
entrants provide about themselves to send them announcements about Scottsdale Golf
Group's products and programs via electronic and ordinary mail. An entry, except
where prohibited by law, constitutes a grant of permission to Scottsdale Golf Group
or its agents to include winners' names on the web sites of Scottsdale Golf Group
and in connection with a Winners' List without further notice.

PRIZES: There will be no cash or other substitutes for the prizes, except that Scottsdale
Golf Group reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in the
event that a prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Winner will be issued 1099
tax form when the ARV of prize is over $600. Winner will be awarded a 2 or 3 day commuter
golf school at any John Jacobs' Golf School destination.

UNFORESEEN EVENTS: Scottsdale Golf Group, in its sole discretion, reserves the right
to terminate this promotion at any time, including if Scottsdale Golf Group becomes
aware of any occurrence which would materially affect the promotion's security or
fairness, including but not limited to technical malfunction of the www.zmaildirect.com
site, software and/or hardware transmission failures, and virus contamination.
