Every golfer has different areas of their game they want to work on - what is it for you? Need help with your short game? Having trouble keeping your mental focus when hitting the ball down the fairway? Or are you an alumni and want to hone in on the area of your golf game that needs a little fine-tuning?

Because we understand golfers are all unique and desire different areas of targeted instruction, we have developed our SPECIALITY Schools, focusing on what you need most. These specialized golf lessons will give you the skills and knowledge you need to hit the ball longer, straighter and more consistent.

Short Game Golf Schools - putting instruction

Golf is indeed “a game of inches.” John Jacobs' Short Game School was developed exclusively to focus on this important aspect of your golf game. The intense, targeted instruction is ideal for any golfer who is looking to fine-tune and perfect skills on and around the green. Instruction will focus on putting, chipping, pitching and sand shots. You'll go home with new skills, practice drills and a higher level of confidence in your short game. Visualization and pre-shot routine will also take strokes off your score.

Playing Schools - golf course strategy

Recommended for those players with handicaps between 15-25 or less. Team up on-course with John Jacobs' instructors to take your golf game to the next level. Golfers who have gained a proficiency with technique can benefit from our hands-on, targeted "playing" schools. The instruction will focus on course strategy, shot visualization, target awareness...and lower scores. Each day there will be 18 holes of golf with your instructor and two hours of full swing and short game instruction with a student to teacher 3:1 ratio.

Mental focus is half the battle in achieving success in your golf game. In these schools, you’ll team up with a Jacobs’ instructor for specialized lessons on how to lower your handicap and take your game to the next level.
